Two Up

Two Up is a traditional game closely associated with ANZAC Day, with its origins among Australian soldiers during wartime.

Played in moments of downtime, it offered a brief sense of normality, fostering connection and lifting morale in challenging conditions. Over time, it has come to represent the spirit of mateship, resilience and shared experience that defined those who served.

From 1.00pm, Two Up will be held in The Gallery, continuing this long standing tradition in a respectful and social setting.

Honouring Veterans of Our Community

This ANZAC Day we’re introducing Service & Legacy, a commemorative portrait series recognising the veterans who are part of the Club’s history and community.

Veterans are invited to take part in a portrait session throughout the day, with each participant receiving a digital portrait to keep or share with family. Sessions will take place following both the Dawn Service and the main service.

The initiative aims to create a lasting record of service within the community, preserving these stories for future generations.

Veterans wishing to participate are asked to register their interest at Reception prior to ANZAC Day, as places will be limited.
