Gosford RSL Club, located ideally on the Central Coast, has a staff base of over 100 employees who are committed to providing a professional and fun service environment to current and potential patrons. The club extends beyond offering dining, beverage and entertainment to also offer 4 and 3 star accommodation venues.

Gosford RSL Club provides a happy, friendly work environment where the Board of Directors, the CEO, Management and Staff are all committed to working together to deliver customer service that is above and beyond what patrons expect.

What we are looking for

Team members who are well presented, love people, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are motivated to deliver exceptional service. Team members who don’t mind going the extra distance to make people happy, who can’t help smiling and who enjoy interacting with a broad range of clientele.

The club and motels are operational 365 days a year and have extended trading seven days a week. Being able to work the operational hours of the club and motels is a must.

Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards or Certificates are easily obtained and are required for most positions within the club and motels.
