The Gardens

If you're looking for a casual and lively way to enjoy the Cup, The Gardens is where it’s at. It’s all about good food, flowing drinks and great company. Dress to impress, grab a cocktail and snap a memory in the photobooth. Enjoy free live music throughout the day with Bathtub Gin Trio from 11 am to 3 pm and Soul Traders Trio from 4 pm to 7 pm. Watch the big race on the screen, take part in the sweeps and make the most of the atmosphere.
For those who love to graze, The Gardens will be serving up two generous platters perfect for sharing. The Hot and Cold Platter for Two offers a luxurious seafood spread including lobster, prawns, oysters and poached salmon, paired with fresh salad and warm baguette. Or keep it classic with the Cheese Plate for Two, featuring brie, gorgonzola and cheddar served with crackers, grapes and quince. It’s the perfect way to enjoy great food while catching all the action.
The Gallery
A Stylish Race Day Affair
For those who enjoy a more refined celebration, The Gallery offers an elegant Melbourne Cup experience. Guests will enjoy a two course alternate drop luncheon and a three hour beverage package including Oak Haven Beers, selected wines and sparkling, soft drinks and juice. The menu features rich flavours like braised beef shortrib with blue cheese polenta and lemon tarragon chicken with butternut pumpkin, followed by sweet finishes such as passionfruit pavlova or Belgian chocolate fondant with raspberry ice cream.
Throughout the afternoon, enjoy live entertainment, sweeps, race coverage and prizes for Best Dressed and Best Hat. A 360 photobooth will be spinning through the day so you can capture your Cup style from every angle.
The Grandstand
All About The Action
If you’re there for the thrill of the race, The Grandstand Sportsbar is your home base. With all the races live on the big screens and a buzzing race day atmosphere, it’s a favourite spot for true racing fans. There will be a punter share on the day and prizes for Best Jockey Outfit, making it a fun and social way to be part of the action. Bar snacks are available and no bookings are needed, just walk in and join the crowd.
