• 11am to 11:30am – Third Dance Session  

• 11:30am to 12:30pm – Lunch Break  

• 12:30pm to 1pm – Fourth Dance Session

   

• 12:30 to 1:30pm – Musical Bingo Fun with Topline Entertainment

• 1:30pm to 2:30pm – Cake, coffee and tea and Dr Gordon Reid Health Talk

This free event is designed to be both enjoyable and engaging, with informative sessions tailored to the needs and interests of seniors. Carers, family members, and friends accompanying a senior are welcome to join in the festivities.

All sessions are designed to be informative and accessible, ensuring seniors can participate with ease and confidence.

You are encouraged to call and register. However, this is not a requirement. Feel free to just show up on the day.
